Bernie J. Daigle, Jr., Ph.D. – Associate Professor

Dr. Daigle received his Ph.D. in Genetics from Stanford University School of Medicine, and he conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Computer Science at the University of California, Santa Barbara. His research interests include integration of genome-scale datasets for disease biomarker identification, and computational modeling and analysis of stochastic biochemical systems.

Mazen Istanbouli, M.S. – Biological Sciences Ph.D. student

 

Mazen received M.S. degrees in Biological Sciences from the University of Memphis and Bioinformatics from the University of Memphis. His research interests include computational clinical neuroscience and biomarker identification for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).

 

Sohini Banerjee – High school student

 

Sohini is a senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Alexandria, Virginia. Her research interests include deep learning and biomarker identification for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
